退換貨條件 | Eligibility

HomeManner 僅接受有缺陷產品的退換申請。若您收到的產品存在製造缺陷或運輸損壞，請在收貨後 7 天內聯絡我們。

HomeManner accepts returns and exchanges for defective products only. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

退換貨程序 | Process

1. 以電郵或 WhatsApp 聯絡我們，說明問題並附上相片或影片。
   Contact us by email or WhatsApp, describe the issue and attach photos or video.
2. 我們將在 48 小時內確認您的申請。
   We will confirm your request within 48 hours.
3. 獲批准後，請將產品以原廠包裝退回（包括所有配件及文件）。
   Once approved, return the product in its original packaging (including all accessories and documents).
4. 確認收到退貨後，我們將安排換貨或退款。
   Upon receiving the return, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

不接受退換情況 | Non-Eligible Cases

• 已安裝或使用的產品 / Products that have been installed or used
• 人為損壞或不當使用 / Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
• 超過收貨後 7 天的申請 / Requests submitted more than 7 days after receipt
• 外觀輕微差異（因攝影效果） / Minor appearance differences due to photography

退款安排 | Refund

退款將退回原付款方式，處理時間約需 5–10 個工作天（視乎您的銀行或信用卡公司）。

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (subject to your bank or card issuer).
